Join us at the Inspired Leadership Initiative open house! The Inspired Leadership Initiative (ILI) is for accomplished individuals from all disciplines (business, non-profit, and academic, to name a few) who have completed their chosen careers and wish to embark on a process of discovering, discerning and designing who they want to be in the next stage of their lives. The program encompasses an academic year on the Notre Dame campus, and encourages fellows to take advantage of the University's vast array of resources.
