In this session for undergraduate students, Sara Troyani will share her professional journey, including ways her education in world literature and service as a graduate student instructor in Italian at Notre Dame prepared her for her current role in educational leadership. Participants will reflect on their experiences studying language and culture at Notre Dame and collaborate to articulate the broad relevance of their studies with respect to the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) World-Readiness Standards for Learning Languages.

Sponsored by the Center for the Study of Languages and Cultures and the Alliance for Catholic Education.
