The future of careers in energy has never been brighter, especially in the area of renewables. Add innovation and entrepreneurship to the mix, and the opportunities are endless. John Henry of the IDEA Center, Rory Huntly of Ecoplexus, Inc., and Jared Mrozinske from the Meruelo Family Center for Career Development, will offer insights into the trends and career trajectories in the renewable energy space. In the spirit of this year’s Notre Dame Forum and the theme of a just transition to a sustainable future, Henry, Huntly, and Mrozinske will discuss a broad array of skills needed to be competitive and successful in this new energy economy. Students from all majors are encouraged to attend.
Energy Week presentations are free and open to the general public. Attendees must adhere to University safety protocols and mask policy, which is that all visitors to campus, regardless of vaccination status, are expected to wear masks inside campus buildings, as well as Notre Dame students, faculty and staff who are not fully vaccinated.
