The keynote speaker is the Honorable Michael G. Gotsch, Sr., magistrate judge in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, South Bend Division. ( '79 ND alumnus)
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to Carey Auditorium (Room 107), in the Hesburgh Library.
