During Senior Week we will offer hands-on sessions to help you start working on the Teaching Well Using Technology CertificatePlease note that you can participate in this program independently without attending workshops; these sessions provide an alternate path.

You can earn a digital badge for each session. You will have time to complete at least half of the work; an additional 1-3 hours may be required to finish.

The sessions take place Tuesday-Wednesday, May 15-16 in Room 331 of the DeBartolo Hall.

First attend the orientation (or complete it online in advance)

  1. Orientation: Tuesday, 9:00-10:00 AM

Then attend up to four modules 

  1. Ed Tech Trends - Tuesday, 10:00 AM – noon


  2. Presentation - Tuesday, 1:30-3:30 PM 

  3. Audio Podcast - Wednesday, 10:00 AM – noon

  4. Media Project - Wednesday, 1:30-3:30 PM

Important notes: (1) Bring earphones and (2) The room has computers, but you are encouraged to bring your own laptop.
