Undergraduate music major Michael LeGrand will play an organ recital in the Reyes Organ and Choral Hall, DeBartolo Performing Arts Center. The program will feature Mendelssohn’s Sonata 4, chorale preludes of Johannes Brahms, and the Fantasy in F minor, K. 608, by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The last of these, written originally for a mechanical playing mechanism, is seldom heard but one of Mozart’s true masterpieces.
