Notre Dame’s Air Force, Army, and Navy ROTC programs assemble on South Quad to partake in the military tradition of a Presidential Pass in Review. University President Rev. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C, will speak to the cadets and midshipmen before presenting awards and inspecting the units. Notre Dame Concert Band provides musical accompaniment.
