This cycling class will teach new & experienced cycling enthusiasts how to adjust the bike, proper breathing techniques and appropriate cycling body alignment. Cycle for speed and take on the hills, with this intense cycling workout in just forty-five minutes.
No registration required, but space is limited, so please arrive early. Open to students, faculty, staff, spouses, and retirees.
