Joe started his career at Baird in equity research. After nearly three years at Baird, he joined Northwestern Mutual Capital as a private debt and equity analyst. He became a senior analyst before moving into his current role as an associate. Joe is a CFA charterholder and will receive his MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management later this year.
