Circles at the Snite

-

Location: Snite Museum of Art

White Rit

Join circle keepers from the Notre Dame community to create a space for monthly restorative discussions on the racial realities of our world, with specific attention to student experiences on campus. These sessions will begin with reflection on the ways art can provoke, teach, and inspire. After looking closely at a work of art we will enter into a facilitated circle conversation to address concern and build community in the pursuit of racial justice here at Notre Dame. This collaboration among the Center for Social Concerns, Human Resources, Snite Museum of Art, and Take Ten seeks to cultivate a restorative approach to campus conflict and harm. All are welcome to participate.

This month's featured artwork is White Rit by Vanessa German.
