Data Fest

(part of a series)

Location: Giovanini Commons/L068, Mendoza College of Business (View on map )

Each year in the spring, the American Statistical Association hosts a statistical analysis competition called Data Fest. This year, the competition is being hosted at over 30 schools around the country and for the first time ever, at Notre Dame!  On April 5 through 7, 32 Notre Dame undergraduates will work in teams to analyze a secret data set then present their results to a panel of judges. Volunteers are still needed to help mentor students. You do not need to be an expert statistician or programmer to help! If you have any skills with statistical analysis and would like to sign up to volunteer for a couple hours, please contact Victoria Woodard at
