At the 11:45 a.m. Mass in the Basilica, 33 students who have been formed through the Sacramental Preparation Processes at the University of Notre Dame, Saint Mary’s College, and Holy Cross College will complete their initiation into the Catholic Church, with Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades of the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend presiding. Twenty-six baptized Catholic Christians will receive their Confirmation and seven other baptized Christians of other traditions will be received into the Catholic Church. Please join us in welcoming them into full, active, engaged participation in the life of our Catholic Christian community as disciples of the Lord Jesus!
