The Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival's Community Company presents Shakespeare's greatest hits! Enjoy an afternoon of 10-minute scenes performed by young actors from throughout Michiana. Family-friendly fun at Notre Dame's beautiful Washington Hall. Coordinated by Christy Burgess of the Robinson Shakespeare Company. All ages are welcome to this free but ticketed event. There will be a fifteen minute intermission dividing two hour-long sets of scenes.
Participants in ShakeScenes will enjoy free pre-show workshops as well as post-show pizza followed by a special performance of the NDSF Touring Company's 2017 production of Twelfth Night.
(Over the course of one weekend, actors of all ages from throughout the community take to the stage with their own unique spins on some of Shakespeare’s most beloved works.)
