Panel Discussion — "Reducing the Final Inequity: Improving Access to Palliative Care and End-of-Life Care for All"

-

Location: McKenna Hall 215/216 (View on map )

Flowing abstract ribbons in shades of blue, teal, green, purple, and gold, overlapping to create a wave-like pattern.

This panel brings together global leaders in palliative care to examine one of the most pressing health inequities: access to quality palliative and end‑of‑life care worldwide.

Featuring experts from leading academic and clinical institutions, the discussion will explore how research, education, and academic leadership can expand access to essential services and medicines across diverse settings.

Panelists will highlight evidence‑based innovations, global partnerships, and lessons learned from both high‑ and low‑resource contexts, making the case that compassionate, dignified care should be available to all people with serious illness and at the end of life.
