Feeling stressed, stuck, or overwhelmed? Join us at the museum for "I AM Movement: Elevate Your Vibration," a guided experience with Julielynne Shiner designed to help you release what’s holding you back and reconnect with your sense of joy.
This immersive program blends art, music, and movement in a 12-stage journey inspired by the energy of sound and the museum’s collection. You’ll be invited to move freely—no choreography, no pressure—just intuitive movement that feels right for your body. Along the way, participants may experience a sense of release, renewed energy, and a deeper connection with themselves, others, and something beyond.
This program is free, but registration is required and limited to 15 people.
