Rose Byrne pulled home the Best Actress (Musical or Comedy) Golden Globe in Mary Bronstein's latest film, which she won immediately before Timothée Chalamet won Best Actor (Musical or Comedy) for Marty Supreme co-written by Mary's husband, Ronald Bronstein. In this golden year of Bronstein dramedies, If I Had Legs I'd Kick You has perhaps less coverage, but still packs a very powerful emotional punch. With her life crashing down around her, Linda (Rose Byrne) attempts to navigate her child's mysterious illness, her absent husband, a missing person, and an increasingly hostile relationship with her therapist (Conan O'Brien).
