Matthew Poncelet is the convicted killer of two teenage lovers, awaiting his sentence on Death Row in rural Louisiana. In response to his letter, Sr. Helen visits him in prison sworn to help him truthfully and spiritually prepare for his death by lethal injection after a recent appeal to reconsider his punishment was declined.
