On October 2, Brazilian citizens head to the polls in one of the most anticipated elections in Latin America this year: the presidential race between former president Luís Inácio Lula da Silva and incumbent Jair Bolsonaro. Whatever the outcome, our panel of experts will discuss the important takeaways from this first round and the implications not only for Brazil, but for the rest of the world – and democracy itself.
