Students, join the Center for Social Concerns for lunch and conversation with one of the center's community fellows, Kevin Hawkins '81. Hawkins will discuss his career as a federal labor mediator, his path from Notre Dame undergraduate to professional, and his advice for current students who want to pursue meaningful work upon graduation.

About the Speaker

Kevin Hawkins has been a federal labor mediator for two decades, helping employers and unions negotiate fair contracts. This year he is a community practitioner fellow with the Center for Social Concerns, where he works on the Just Wage Initiative and connects with ND faculty, staff, and students on ways to promote the common good.
