Art History Colloquium: "Self Help Graphics at Fifty"

This mini-conference brings together a group of scholars that are part of an edited anthology project aimed at commemorating the fifty-year anniversary of Self Help Graphics, the flagship Latinx graphic art workshop in East Los Angeles.

Speakers include: Theresa Avila, Kency Cornejo, Karen Mary Davalos, JV Decemvirale, Olga Herrera, Julia Fernandez, Robb Hernández, Bernardo Rios, Mary Thomas, and Claudia Zapata. The event is organized by Professor Tatiana Reinoza in the Department of Art, Art History & Design.

The colloquium is made possible in part by support from the Institute for Scholarship in the Liberal Arts, the Department of Art, Art History & Design, and the Institute for Latino Studies.

Free and open to the public.
