Janina Dill is the John G. Winant Associate Professor of U.S. Foreign Policy at the Department of Politics and International Relations of the University of Oxford and a Professorial Fellow of Nuffield College. She is also a co-director of the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict (ELAC). Her first book, "Legitimate Targets? Social Construction, International Law and U.S. Bombing," appeared in 2015 as part of the series Cambridge Studies in International Relations. Her second book, "Law Applicable to Armed Conflict" (co-authored with Ziv Bohrer and Helen Duffy), is forthcoming with Cambridge University Press.
