The Peace Accords Matrix (PAM) project’s inclusion as a monitor and primary verifier in the 2016 Colombian Final Accord has received international recognition, but the use of PAM in facilitating peace processes extends beyond the implementation of the Colombian Accord. In this panel lecture, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs for Colombia, Maria Ángela Holguín Cuellar, will describe how she used PAM in her role as the Delegate of the President in the Havana Peace Process Negotiation. Additionally, Bishnu Sapkota will discuss how PAM data was used as an international resource to help Nepal's national facilitators and negotiators reach consensus for implanting the transition to peace. Respondents Francisco Diez and Madhav Joshi will elaborate on these and other uses of PAM as a resource for peace processes and dialogue initiatives in Latin America and beyond.
