The Center for Sustainable Energy at Notre Dame (ND Energy) will be hosting its second annual research symposium on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 in the Notre Dame Conference Center at McKenna Hall. Rachel Kyte, chief executive officer of Sustainable Energy for All (SE4ALL), special representative of the UN Secretary-General for Sustainable Energy for All and co-chair of UN-Energy, will be the keynote speaker.
The theme of the symposium is GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION: Ensuring Access to Affordable, Reliable, and Sustainable Energy for All. The focus will center on the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goal 7 (SDG7) – to ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy – which is also the mission of SE4ALL.
The inaugural ND Energy Research Symposium was held on April 18, 2018. View highlights from the event here.
