Yoga prepares and conditions the body via various postures or asanas in order for the mind to practice meditation more or less without obstacles. Asanas are special positions of the body that strengthen, purify and balance bodily systems. No registration required, but space is limited, so please arrive early. Open to students, faculty, staff, spouses, and retirees.
