Women in the Global Supply Chain: "Unskilled" and Informal

​Monalisa (LLM ’18),  is a labor attorney from India specializing in the intersection of gender and labor, focusing in particular on women workers engaged in global supply chain production. She will discuss her efforts to promote sustainable communities via the protection and enhancement of labor rights.

Higgins Lunchtime Labor RAPS (Research, Advocacy, & Policy Series) feature experts—scholars, activists, and policymakers—exploring the past, present, and future of work, in the U.S. and beyond. All Notre Dame community members are welcome, and lunch is provided for those who RSVP.
