Join The Center for Civil and Human Rights and the Hesburgh Libraries as we unveil Convocate, a new research platform developed at Notre Dame for exploring the connections between Catholic social teaching and International Human Rights Law.

Over four years in development, Convocate leverages the power of computer learning and allows students and researchers to examine the full texts of documents from both disciplines, discovering both the convergences and divergences between them. Featuring an intuitive topic list developed in coordination with scholars, as well as many other advanced search tools, Convocate places Notre Dame at the forefront of research into the intersection of these two important bodies of thought.

Enjoy refreshments, see a demonstration of Convocate, then explore the database at hand-on stations.
